East Valley Remodeling, Inc. is locally owned and operated by a family living in Ahwatukee. We have been in business in the valley for over 2 years. The family moved to the area in 2005 from Portland, Oregon, where they operated a successful, full-service remodeling company for over ten years.

Their choice to move to the valley was brought on by there desire to be near family and to dry out from those long, cold winters. The family prides itself on its integrity and quality of work that they have performed throughout the years.

Dennis is the primary owner who has been in the trades most of his adult life. He loves to come in to a project with clients to help them realize their dreams in their home and work environment. This gives him a great deal of job satisfaction! Dennis’ spouse, Jana is the other owner. She came to the business full time in 2002. Jana enjoys seeing the excitement of the clients’ homes and work places becoming a place that they enjoy. She also proves as a wise sounding board with the many creative plans and ideas that the business goes through. They are joined by two energetic small children, Jake and Ella who constantly remind them to enjoy life, laugh and go to sleep early!

They have rooted themselves in Ahwatukee through the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce, the Kyrene School District and a network of great friends, clients and neighbors.
